Jakarta, April 9, 2012 - PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ASX - ATM; IDX – ANTM; Antam) is pleased to announce Mr. Tedy Badrujaman as the company’s new Senior Vice President (SVP) Corporate Secretary, replacing Mr. Bimo Budi Satriyo who is appointed as Antam’s SVP Internal Audit. Mr. Bimo Budi Satriyo replaced Mr. Syafri Isman who is appointed as SVP Southeast Sulawesi Nickel Mining Business Unit.  

Mr. Tedy Badrujaman joined the company in 1992 following completion of his undergraduate study at the Faculty of Metallurgical Mining of the Bandung Institute of Technology. He received his Master in International Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business School in 2004. Mr. Tedy Badrujaman previously held the position of SVP Southeast Sulawesi Nickel Mining Business Unit since 2008.

Mr. Bimo Budi Satriyo joined the company in 1990 following completion of his undergraduate study at the Faculty of Law of Diponegoro University. He received his Master in International Management from PPM School of Management in 2003 and has been Antam’s Corporate Secretary for five years since 2007.
