Jakarta, June 21, 2012 - PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (Antam; ASX - ATM; IDX - ANTM) announces the schedule of the dividend payment for holders of Antam’s Chess Depository Interests (CDI) listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened in Jakarta on May 31, 2012 resolved to pay a cash dividend in the amount of Rp867,550,297,050 or 45% of Antam's Income for the Year Attributable to Owners of the Parent for the year ended December 31, 2011, which is equivalent to Rp90.99 per share.

For holders of CDIs, each of which represents 5 underlying shares, the dividend payment schedule is as follows:
