This certificate is valid until April 3, 2014.
	Occupational, Health and Safety Management System-OHSAS 18001: 2007 (SGS International) obtained on May 7, 2009. This certificate is valid until May 7, 2012.
	Environmental Management System Certification-ISO 14001: 2004 (SGS International) for mining, ferronickel processing and supporting activities, obtained in 2006 (upgrade from ISO 14001: 1996 version obtained in 2001). This certificate is valid until November 29, 2012.
	REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) Registration was obtained on November 23, 2008 to fullfill the European Union regulation on safe use of chemical substain in ferronickel processing cycle.
	Quality Management System Certification-ISO 9001: 2008 (SAI Global) for gold mining and processing at Pongkor, obtained on March 3, 2000 (upgrade from ISO 9001: 2000 version obtained on March 3, 2009). This certificate is valid until March 2, 2012.
	Environmental Management System Certification-ISO 14001: 2004 (SAI Global) for gold mining and processing at Pongkor, obtained since September 18, 2002 and upgrade to 2004 version in 2005 and this certificate is valid until September 17, 2014.
	Occupational, Health and Safety Management System Certification-OHSAS 18001: 2007 (SAI Global) for gold mining and processing at Pongkor, obtained on October 15, 2008. This certificate is valid until October 14, 2014.
	Work Safety and Health-OHSAS 18001:20087 Certification for Design and Development, Processing, Refinery, Manufacturing and Trading of Precious Metals and Provision of Laboratory Analysis Services at Logam Mulia Precious Metals Processing and Refinery Business Unit. This certificate is obtained on December 28 2011 and it is valid until March 2015.
	Quality Management System-ISO 9001:2008 (TUV) Certification for Policy Management and Implementation and Business and Operation Development at the Head Office. This certificate is obtained since December 20 2011 and it is valid until March 5, 2015.
	Quality Management System-ISO 9001:2008 (SAI Global) Certification for nickel ore mining process at Tanjung Buli and Pulau Pakal. This certificate is obtained since May 26 2011 and it is valid until May 25, 2014.
	Environmental Management System-ISO 14001:2004 (SAI Global) Certification for nickel ore mining at Tanjung Buli and Pulau Pakal. This certificate is obtained since May 26 2011 and it is valid until May 25, 2014.
	Occupational, Health and Safety Management System-ISO 18001:2007 (SAI Global) Certification for nickel ore mining at Tanjung Buli and Pulau Pakal. This certificate is obtained since May 26 2011 and it is valid until May 25, 2014.
	Quality Management System Certification-ISO 9001: 2008 (TUV) for all processing activities at Logam Mulia Processing and Refinery Business Unit, obtained in 2004 (upgrade from ISO 9001: 2000 version obtained on June 12, 2010). This certificate is valid until June 14, 2014.
	Environmental Management System Certification-ISO 14001: 2004 (TUV) for all processing activities at Logam Mulia Processing and Refinery Business Unit, obtained in 2004. This certificate is valid until June 14, 2014.
	Testing Laboratory Accreditation in accordance to ISO 17025, issued by National Accreditation Committee (KAN) for gold, silver, gold and silver mixture and platinum analysis at Logam Mulia Processing and Refinery Services, obtained in June 2005 and valid until August 17, 2015.
	Accreditation from London Bullion Market Association (LBMA). The accreditation was obtained after Logam Mulia underwent product testing procedures by LBMA. The accreditation was obtained on January 1, 1999.
	Certification from Dubai Metal and Commodities Centre for Logam Mulia’s small gold bar, obtained in August 2005. The accreditation certifies Logam Mulia’s gold bars to be traded freely at the Middle East market without any modification to Logam Mulia’s identity.
	Quality Management System Certification-ISO 9001: 2008 (TUV) for all exploration and supporting activities at Geomin Unit, obtained on October 28, 2005 (upgrade from ISO 9001: 2000 version obtained on November 6, 2009. This certificate is valid until November 5, 2012.
