Environmental Responsibility

ANTAM performs Good Mining Practice through all Business Units’ precautionary principles based on relevant rules and regulations, starting from exploration, mining, and processing. Good Mining Practice implementation also incorporates aspects of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), environmental responsibility, community development, and post-mining plans.

In performing operational activities, the Company holds an environmental policy and ANTAM Green Standard (AGS), completed through planning, identification, risk management, and environmental monitoring. We have also implemented the ISO 14001 environmental management system to maintain accountability for all Business Units’ environmental management performance.

The implementation of ANTAM’s environmental impact management in all work areas are guided by:

• Mining Industry Holding Policy (K3LH Strategic Guidelines)
• Environmental Impact Analysis Document (AMDAL)
• Environmental Management Plan (RKL)
• Environmental Monitoring Plan (RPL) Post-mining Plan
