Corruption is a serious problem and a big concern for all Indonesian people today. This prompted ANTAM to carry out various efforts to prevent and eradicate corruption in the company’s environment. ANTAM is committed to creating clean business practices and avoiding all forms of fraud. ANTAM makes anti-corruption as the main aspect that is continuously monitored in every activity and socialized to all ANTAM’s Employees and parties involved in the company’s activities.
Gratification is a gift in a broad sense, which includes the provision of money, goods, rebates (discounts), commissions, interest-free loans, travel tickets, lodging facilities, travel tours, free medical treatment, and other facilities, both received domestically and abroad, which is carried out using electronic means or without electronic means.
In 2018 ANTAM became more serious in implementing anti-corruption policies. This is realized through ANTAM's participation in anti-corruption activities with the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) as well as collaboration with the KPK in holding outreach activities to ANTAM's personnel. This collaboration is a follow-up form of the signing of the Integrated Prevention Commitment carried out between the President Director of ANTAM and the Gratification Director of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in 2017. Another collaboration with the KPK was carried out through the holding of Training of Trainers for ANTAM's Gratification Control with participants from Representatives of employees from ANTAM's Head Office/Unit/Business
Bribery is an activity of giving/receiving/promising/receiving promises of goods/services with the intention of persuading that person to do something or not to do something in his duties that are contrary to the authority or obligation in the public interest.
As a manifestation of the Company's commitment to better GCG implementation and to run the business more transparently, fairly and with zero tolerance for bribery by the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, ANTAM's personnel and ANTAM's external parties, PT ANTAM Tbk has implemented an Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) which refers to SNI ISO 37001: 2016.
ABMS is one of the infrastructures that can be designed as an effort to instill an anti-bribery culture in the Company and implement appropriate controls to increase opportunities to detect, identify and reduce the potential for bribery from the start. The company is committed to implementing, maintaining and improving the performance of the ABMS in a consistent and sustainable manner.
In addition, as a form of efforts to prevent the occurrence of criminal acts of corruption and as an instrument of accountability for the assets of ANTAM's personnel during their tenure and after their tenure, ANTAM has established policies related to the State Officials' Wealth Report (LHKPN) where all ANTAM's personnel up to 2 (two) levels below the Board of Directors are required to submit LHKPN every year. During 2020, ANTAM's LHKPN reporting compliance level reached 92.88%.

We urge all ANTAM's Partners and Stakeholders not to give gratuities and bribes to ANTAM's personnel (Board of Commissioners, Directors, Supporting Organ of the Board of Commissioners, and Company Employees), not limited to religious holidays, either in the form of money, goods, gifts / parcels, facilities, and other forms of gifts related to the positions or duties of ANTAM's personnel and may cause conflicts of interest, contrary to laws and regulations, ANTAM's gratification control policy, Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) policy and Code of Conduct..
