ANTAM's Finance Director Named 2013 Indonesian Best Chief Financial Officer

The award judging process consisted of multiple stages: selection of 100 CFOs who met the performance and achievement criteria; top 10 CFO finalists nomination based on administrative and competitive considerations; review of the finalists' presentations; and finalist grading.

The criteria used to assess the CFO contestants include problem-identification clarity; innovative strategies to achieve targets; skills applied; degree of result orientation; as well as presentation skill.

Djaja M. Tambunan was first elected as ANTAM's Finance Director at the company's AGM held on June 26, 2008 and was re-elected for the second term at ANTAM's AGM held on April 30, 2013. Previously, Mr. Tambunan held several key positions in the financial sector for over 17 years. He started his career in the banking industry as Assistant Vice President of Citibank (1991-1997); Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank (1997-2001); Senior Vice President of Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (2001-2006), and Executive Director of JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. (2006-2008).

The Indonesian Best CFO award event has been organized by the SWA Magazine since 2010, involving experts in various fields as boards of judges.
