GCG-NR Committee Monthly Meeting - January 2015

On Monday, January 19, 2015, ANTAM’s GCG-NR Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM’s President Commissioner R. Sukhyar (Chairman of the GCG-NR Committee), members of the GCG-NR Committee and management.

The meeting discussed amongst others the competency development plant of the Boards and their supporting organs for 2015, monitoring and evaluation of the SOP on Financial Risk Management of CSR Activities Impact, follow up to the resolutions of 2013 AGM and planned agenda of 2014 AGM, evaluation of the shares ownership manuals for Board members and the progress of the GCG implementation assessment.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
