Internal Meeting of The Board of Commissioners - February 2014

On Friday, February 21, 2014, ANTAM's Board of Commissioners held its internal meeting. The meeting was attended by President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar, Commissioner, Robert Pakpahan, Commissioner, Zaelani, Independent Commissioner, Hikhamanto Juwana, Independent Commissioner, Laode M. Kamaluddin, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners, Susy Pasaribu, Senior Advisor A. Dohar Siregar, Senior Advisor T. Sitorus, members of the Audit Committee, members of the NRHRD Committee and managerial staffs, ANTAM's Commissioner, Velix Vernando Wanggai was unable to attend the meeting.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, the appointment of the auditor for the 2014 financial statements and financial statements of the Partnership and Community Stewardship Program, proposed dividend payment based on 2013 audited financial statements, proposed bonus for members of the Board of Directors and members of the Board of Commissioners based on 2013 results, proposed salary and honorarium for the members of the Board of Directors and members of the Board of Commissioners and facilities and benefits for 2014, 2013 KPI of the members of the Board of Directors and members of the Board of Commissioners, and proposed 2014 KPI for members of the Board of Directors and members of the Board of Commissioners, agenda of the 2013 AGM, role division of the members of the Board of Commissioners during 2013 AGM, and preparation of documents related to ANTAM's 2013 AGM.

The meeting is a routine monthly meeting to be held at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
