Monthly Meeting of Risk Management Committee - August 2014

On Tuesday, August 12, 2014, ANTAM's Risk Management Committee held its regular monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Commissioner, Robert A. Simanjuntak (Chairman of the Risk Management Committee), members of the Risk Management Committee and management.

The meeting discussed, among others, progress of the enrichment program of ANTAM Risk Management System (ARMS), including at ANTAM's subsidiary, resulting in the integration with HCIS & SMART as well as improvement of KRI, result of the 1H14 Risk Management Target Setting, standard of the reporting of Legal & Compliance and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
