Monthly Meeting of Risk Management Committee - October 2013

On Wednesday, October 23, 2013, ANTAM's Risk Management Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by Zaelani, ANTAM's Commissioner who also serves as the Committee's Chairman as well as Robert Pakpahan, ANTAM's Commissioner who also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Committee. The meeting was also attended by ANTAM's Finance Director, Geomin Unit Head and related parties.

The meeting agenda included, among others, gold exploration program and realization, including exploration results and estimates of gold reserves of Pongkor and Cibaliung as well as the estimate of the mining difficulty, progress of ANTAM’s contract of work: challenges, implication, anticipation and solution, discussion of ANTAM Risk Management System (ARMS) and its implementation in ANTAM's subsidiary as well as risk management in the business unit and subsidiaries, and others

The meeting is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners
