Schedule Of Dividend Payment For The Australian Securities Exchange

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders convened in Jakarta on May 27th, 2009 resolved to pay a cash dividend in the amount of Rp547,255,666,000 or 40% of ANTAM's net profits after tax for the year ended December 31st, 2008, which is equivalent to Rp57.37 per share. For holders of CDIs, each of which represent 5 underlying shares, the dividend payment schedule is as follows:

Cash Dividend per CDI: Rp286.85
Ex Dividend Date: June 16th, 2009
Recording Date: June 22nd, 2009
Payment Date: July 3rd, 2009
