Special Meeting of the Risk Management Committee - November 2014

On Friday, November 21, 2014, ANTAM's Risk Management Committee held its special meeting which was attended by members of the Risk Management Committee and management.

The meeting discussed, among others, discussion on the Job Discription of Legal & Compliance Division to formulate the Legal & Compliance Review, discussion on the substance of the review from the Legal & Compliance Division and Risk Management Division, discussion of the final draft of SOP on cash injection to subsidiaries and standard review format of the Subsidiary & Project Management Division, discussion of the 2015 budget and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
